About the Role

The Apprentice–Body Technician plays a critical role in supporting our repair process by assisting in vehicle body repair and restoration. You’ll learn the art and precision of collision repair — from analyzing and repairing damaged panels to replacing and refinishing components — while working alongside a certified Mentor Technician.

This is more than a job — it’s your pathway to becoming a skilled Auto Body Technician in a high-demand industry.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in repairing vehicles per estimate and according to established standards

  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work and restore bodywork to original condition

  • Remove and install replacement parts, ensuring quality and alignment

  • Communicate with management regarding additional repairs or delays

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition

  • Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including PPE and hazardous waste protocols

  • Support other team members as needed to ensure timely, quality repairs


What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for learning and growing in the collision repair industry

  • Basic understanding of automotive structure and components (preferred but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and repair processes

  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting (up to 35 lbs., occasionally 70 lbs.), kneeling, and reaching

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
