The Apprentice–Body Technician plays a critical role in supporting our repair process by assisting in vehicle body repair and restoration. You’ll learn the art and precision of collision repair — from analyzing and repairing damaged panels to replacing and refinishing components — while working alongside a certified Mentor Technician.

Assist in repairing vehicles per estimate and according to established standards
Prepare vehicles for body repair work and restore bodywork to original condition
Remove and install replacement parts, ensuring quality and alignment
Communicate with management regarding additional repairs or delays
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition
Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including PPE and hazardous waste protocols
Support other team members as needed to ensure timely, quality repairs
A passion for learning and growing in the collision repair industry
Basic understanding of automotive structure and components (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and repair processes
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting (up to 35 lbs., occasionally 70 lbs.), kneeling, and reaching
A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
