Auto Body Technician

Position Summary:
As an Auto Body Technician, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and pride. You'll be responsible for performing body repairs according to company standards, timelines, and safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to develop a repair plan

  • Perform high-quality repairs that meet or exceed expectations

  • Communicate effectively with management and team members on repair status

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Use tools and equipment responsibly and keep them in proper working condition

  • Wear and maintain required safety equipment at all times

  • Support teammates as needed, jumping in where your expertise is valuable

  • Stay up to date with industry safety and environmental regulations


Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in collision repair

  • Strong understanding of vehicle structure and repair techniques

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs

  • Comfortable with physical demands such as kneeling, crawling, and standing for extended periods

  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a production environment


Preferred Credentials:

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • I-CAR and/or ASE Certification
