What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs

• Estimate labor and parts costs accurately and efficiently

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and insurance coverage

• Draft detailed work orders and input information into our internal system

• Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate and finalize repair costs

• Maintain organized and accurate repair records

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in collision repair estimating

• Strong understanding of automotive structure and repair processes

• Great communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment

• Physical ability to inspect vehicles (including lifting, stooping, and crawling when necessary)

• A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to excellent customer service
