We're growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our high-performing repair centers.

Position Summary:
The General Manager plays a key leadership role, overseeing the daily operations and profitability of the collision center. You’ll manage departmental goals, team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every vehicle repair meets our high standards of safety, quality, and service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive overall center profitability and performance, managing departmental goals and budgets

  • Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high-performing team including estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff

  • Manage P&L, inventory, staffing, and vendor relationships

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations

  • Monitor repair quality, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Establish strong working relationships with insurance partners and repeat customers

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Oversee billing, parts orders, and repair timelines, ensuring timely completion of all work

  • Support a positive workplace culture that promotes growth, accountability, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the collision repair industry

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proven P&L and operational management success

  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes, KPIs, and insurance relationships

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

  • Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
